These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and 96mas ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://96mas.cam ("the Platform" or "the Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 96mas platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, lottery services, and any related features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms govern all interactions between you and 96mas, including account registration and management, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, and communications with our support team. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "Website" — The online gaming website operated under the domain https://96mas.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and related digital interfaces.
• "Account" — The registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the 96mas registration process.
• "Player" / "User" — Any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform, whether or not they have completed the full registration and KYC process.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required for full account access and withdrawal processing.
• "Funds" — Real money balances held within a Player's 96mas account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive awards credited to a Player's account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum aggregate bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted into withdrawable Funds.
• "Game" — Any casino game, live dealer table, slot machine, lottery draw, sports bet, or other wagering activity available on the Platform.
• "Malicious Activity" — Any attempt to defraud, manipulate, exploit technical vulnerabilities, collude, use automated software, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.

To register and maintain an active account on 96mas, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies universally and without exception to all players accessing the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, problem gambling register, or similar database that restricts your access to gambling services.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 96mas or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of all account information throughout the lifetime of your account.
• You must not have had a previous 96mas account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms or any applicable policy.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 96mas Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum:

• A valid and unique email address that you own and can access.
• A secure password of your own choosing, which you are solely responsible for maintaining confidential.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number (where required for verification purposes).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 96mas support immediately via the live chat service available on the Platform.

Prior to processing withdrawals and in accordance with our regulatory obligations, 96mas requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), a valid Malaysian Passport, or a valid Malaysian Driver's Licence, accompanied by a recent proof-of-address document (issued within 3 months). Full details of the KYC process are outlined on the Platform.

By using the 96mas Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment via online gaming and sports betting — and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and accepted standards of fair conduct.

You agree, among other things, that you will:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all interactions with 96mas, including during registration, KYC, and any support communications.
• Use the Platform only for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for the benefit of any third party.
• Not attempt to access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software that artificially interacts with the Platform.
• Not use any strategy, system, or behaviour intended to exploit vulnerabilities, technical errors, or loopholes in any Game offered on the Platform.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence or access.
• Not engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

96mas accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for fiat currency methods and RM100 for cryptocurrency deposits, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or accounts belonging to other persons are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you must have completed the KYC verification process in full. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT): Subject to network confirmation times; typically 30–120 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are subject to review. 96mas reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the typical ranges stated above. 96mas is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or network congestion.

All account balances, transactions, and game wagers on 96mas are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). 96mas does not charge currency conversion fees. However, where a player's payment method operates in a different base currency, the player's provider may apply its own conversion charges.

96mas offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Unused Bonus Funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• 96mas reserves the right to remove Bonus Funds from an account if the Player does not meet the qualifying conditions or is found to have breached these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Where a Player has active Bonus Funds, the Player must meet the applicable wagering requirement in full before initiating a withdrawal of real-money Funds, unless the promotional terms state otherwise.

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or using third-party systems to exploit promotional structures — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their account suspended.

All games and betting markets offered on the 96mas Platform are governed by specific game rules, which are made available within each respective game interface. By participating in any Game, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable game rules as an extension of these Terms.

All casino games and random-number-dependent games on the Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

Sports betting markets — including markets on the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are offered subject to odds determined at the time of bet placement. 96mas reserves the right to void or amend bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, event cancellations, match abandonments, or confirmed event irregularities.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a gaming session, 96mas will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Bets or game rounds affected by a verified technical malfunction may be voided. 96mas accepts no liability for losses arising from malfunction events that were outside our reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 96mas Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and permanent exclusion:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform or its Games.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, sports manipulation, or the use of insider information in sports betting.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activities or from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 96mas staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 96mas Platform — including but not limited to the 96mas brand name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 96mas or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 96mas.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 96mas, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, delayed withdrawals, or reliance on Platform content.

In circumstances where 96mas is found liable under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 96mas to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from 96mas's negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

96mas is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our role in preventing and addressing problem gambling seriously.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools accessible to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are able to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Optional periodic notifications reminding Players of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no new accounts may be registered by the same individual.

96mas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Provision of false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, following notice to the registered email address.

Upon closure of an account, any Real Money Funds held in the account (i.e., verified real-money deposits net of any legitimately voided amounts) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of circumstances.

96mas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the Platform's operating licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the Player and 96mas shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority under the governing jurisdiction. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under Malaysian consumer protection legislation to the extent such rights are applicable and cannot be waived by agreement.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
